The present Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 29.07.2021 in WP.No.15648 of 2021.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents/ Transport Corporation on instructions submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.07.2021 is complied with and the payment due to the petitioner has been settled. It is further stated that the petitioner is retired from service and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for arrears of any differential amount.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents/Transport Corporation, this contempt petition 2 / 4

is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to recall this order in case the submission of the learned Standing Counsel recorded in this order is found to be false.
