ORDER

By this application, defendant seeks refund of the sum of Rs.9,00,000/-, which was deposited pursuant to the order dated 04.10.2019 in O.A.No.908 of 2019.

2. The said conditional order was issued on a request by defendant that he be permitted to release the movie.
