Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 13.12.2021 in its proceedings in Na.Ka.70/2021/E, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 5 & 6 to provide necessary protection to the petitioner industry.
