ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 02.06.2019. Eventhough the suspension order has been challenged, learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is willing to give a fresh representation to the respondents once again, seeking for revocation of the suspension order, provided the same is considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

3. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, requesting them to revoke the 2/5

suspension order dated 02.06.2019 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the third respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforementioned directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
