The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that a decision has been taken by the
Board and such decision would be communicated to the petitioner. 2.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition has become infructuous and made an endorsement to this effect as follows: "The Board in its proceedings dated 25.11.2023 had resolved to terminate the contract and in view of the same, the W.P., has become infructuous. Hence, WP may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to challenge termination order."
In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
