THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.14266 of 2021 IN CRL.O.P.No.21310 of 2021 KARTHICK @ MIDDLE ARON KARTHICK [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, T12 POONAMALLEE POLICE STATION, CHENNAI CRIME NO.1306 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21310 2021 concerned the petitioner shall report before the respondent of Police, T12 Poonamallee Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21310 of 2021 on 15.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
