DHANABAL ,J., This petition has been filed to amend the Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS, 2023 r/w. 21(1) Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 instead of Sections 303(2), 324(a) of BNS, 2023 r/w. 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in the order dated 08.08.2024 passed in Crl.

O.P. No.19085 of 2024.

2. Considering the submissions putforth on either side the amendment petition is ordered.

3. Since the petition was pending for amendment, time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended for another one month.
