ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 31.12.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is alleged by the petitioner that on 31.12.2015, when he was going by his two wheeler through forest, he was intercepted by a Forest Ranger and he was abused by caste name.

4. Per contra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even according to the petitioner, forest officer does not even know the petitioner and since the petitioner was going through reserve forest area, the officer of the Forest intercepted him in the course of official duty and as a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. On a reading of the complaint dated 31.12.2015, it does not inspire the confidence of this Court. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register the case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
