Seeking to set aside the order passed in M.P.No.105 of 2015 in M.C.No.110 of 2014 dated 25.10.2017 on the file of the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, the present Criminal Revision has been filed.

2. When the matter was called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accepting the said contention, the learned Counsel for the respondent has also made an endorsement. 3.

Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel on either side, the present Criminal Revision is closed.
