Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to fully implement the order passed in Na.Ka.1331/A4/2009 dated Nil.11.2014 on its file, signed on 15.11.2014 by disbursing the monetary benefits payable to the petitioner for the period from 26.12.1998 to 20.07.2000 (572 days) and 05.03.2002 to 02.09.2003 for 547 days, within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by Mr.R.Arulmozhi seeking a limited prayer of issuing a mandamus, directing the second respondent-Headmaster of Municipal High School, Kaspa to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2014, in and by which he has requested for complying with the direction issued by the first respondent-Chief Educational Officer, Vellore to regularise the suspension period from 26.12.1998 to 20.07.2000 (572 days) and from 05.03.2002 to 02.09.2003 (547 days) and to pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner.

Considering the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2014 in accordance with law, on the basis of the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1331/A4/2009 dated 15.11.2014, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
