the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings G.O.(P) No.8 dated 12.01.2021 which was confirmed in Letter No.2941/SaNa1(1)/2021-4 dated 17.11.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to treat the period of suspension from 01.08.2005 to 10.03.2015 as duty for all purposes in light of the Division Bench order passed in Review Application (MD) No.139/2015 dated 24.09.2019 in W.A.No.836/2011 & 727/2015, together with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
