Heard Mr.Ramakrishnan Viraraghavan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.Rahul Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the order dated 06.12.2021 imposing condition and modified on 15.12.2021 is further modified allowing the applicant to furnish bank guarantee for a sum equivalent to 5 Million US Dollars by 03.01.2022.

3. It is made clear that no request for further modification or extension will be entertained.
