Application No.2600 of 2017 in OP No.749 of 2009 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The applicant who is the father of the child seeks modification of the order dated 16.04.2010, in Application Nos. 6948 and 6949 of 2009 to shift the place of visit from Nadar Sangam, T.V.K. Nagar to the Child Care Centre attached to the Family Court at Chennai. In view of the order passed in Contempt Petition No.605 of 2019, wherein I have recorded the disinclination of the child to meet the father, I do not think any modification is required. Hence this application is dismissed.
