This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.146 of 2022 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.146 of 2022 is over and charge-sheet has been filed through efiling on 30.07.2025 vide No.LTN20230002710C202500634 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner know to law, if he is aggrieved with the charge sheet filed by the respondent-Police.
