The Writ Petition has been filed challenging order No. 93/2018/A1 dated 11.01.2019 passed by the Fourth Respondent. 2.

When it is pointed out by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that a remedy in the nature of statutory appeal has been provided under Section 70 of the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006, to challenge the order impugned in this Writ Petition, which is also specifically mentioned therein, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same and he has made and endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
