ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.449 of 2010 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose the civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The respondent herein filed a suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No.449 of 2010. The petitioner is the defendant in the suit.

4. The perusal of the e-court entry filed in the typed-set of papers would suggest that recording of evidence in the suit was commenced on 22.06.2022 and the proof affidavit of PW.1 filed on 22.06.2022 and thereafter, there has been no substantial progress in the trial. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of O.S.No.449 of 2010, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
