ORDER

This writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to complete the inquiry in C.No.4005/COP VISITORS/2025, pending on the file of the MI Madhavaram Police Station, within a time, frame fixed by this Court, and if a prima facie case is made out, to forthwith register an FIR against the third respondent for the offences disclosed and to proceed in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner has been conducted and the same has been closed.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Writ Petition is closed. 18-08-2025
