2. When the matter was taken up on 31.07.2025, this Court has granted bail to the petitioner subject to certain conditions. Further, this Court has also directed the petitioner to file an Affidavit before the trial Court and to file the same before this Court today. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has filed an Undertaking Affidavit before the trial Court and produced the same before this Court. Thereby, the conditional order passed by this Court on 31.07.2025 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, the compliance is recorded and the Undertaking Affidavit dated 04.08.2025 filed by the petitioner shall form part of this order.
