The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 29.12.2016.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that based on the representation submitted by the writ petitioner, the actions were initiated by the respondents on 16.06.2017. Once the actions are initiated, no further consideration is required in respect of the relief sought for in the present writ petition.
3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the disciplinary proceedings already initiated by the respondents by following the procedures as contemplated.
4. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
