i) W.M.P. No.28759 of 2024 has been filed to substitute the petitioners 11 and 12 in the place of deceased 6th petitioner and rank them accordingly; ii) W.M.P. No.28761 of 2014 has been filed to substitute the petitioners 13 to 15 in the place of the deceased 7th petitioner and rank them, accordingly and iii) W.M.P. No.28762 of 2024 has been filed to substitute the petitioners 16 to 18 in the place of the deceased 8th petitioner and rank them, accordingly.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the case on 13.09.2024.
