Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to grant stay of all further investigation in Crime No.548 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition and to call for the records in Crime No.548 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to grant stay of all further investigation in Crime No.548 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, pending disposal of the above Crl.O.P., and to call for the records in Crime No.548 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2.The ground raised by the petitioner herein is based on the fact, which requires to be established only during the course of investigation and this Court cannot be justified in quashing the First Information Report on this ground.

3. I do not intend to pass any order based on the grounds raised by the petitioner, since it may have a bearing in the investigation.

4. In the light of the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with the direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
