O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 14.06.2024 and 23.07.2024 made by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has availed loan from the third respondent UGRO Capital Limited and on 12.03.2024, the petitioner's departmental super market store was fired due to electrocution and therefore, he sought time for repayment of the loan, however the Collection Agents have frequently visited his house and created law and order problem and therefore, the petitioner made representations dated 14.06.2024 and 23.07.2024 before the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the third respondent, however, the same have not been considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, dated 14.06.2024 and 23.07.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 4 to 6.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 14.06.2024 and 23.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
