2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Pubilc Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The original condition that was imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners was modified by an order dated 22.06.2023 and the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is pending.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed is modified to the effect that the petitioners will appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
