The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in Spl.CC.No.3 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Salem.

2. The learned Additional District Judge & Presiding Officer, the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases Salem, vide letter dated 14.05.2025, D.No.517/2025, has sought for four months of time to complete the trial in Spl.CC.No.3 of 2022.

3. In view of the above, time to complete the trial is extended by four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 04-07-2025 jai
