Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation dated 10.06.2024 and to issue the patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the lands comprised in Survey No.378 in 1/5

Mookandapalli, Taluk of Hosur, sub Registration District of Hosur in Kirshnagiri, Taluk of Hosur, Sub Registration District of Hosur in Krishnagiri Revenue District of an extent of 3.38 acres within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to consider his representation dated 10.06.2024 seeking issue of patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the lands comprised in Survey No.378 in Mookandapalli, Hosur Taluk, Kirshnagiri District.

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was 2/5

purchased in the name of M/s. SANTAN, a proprietary concern represented by the petitioner under the registered sale deed dated 25.11.2006. A representation was made on behalf of the proprietary concern M/s. SANTAN on 10.06.2024 by authorized signatory seeking transfer the patta in its name and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. A perusal of the sale deed in favour of M/s. SANTAN would indicate that the sale deed was executed in favour of said concern represented by the petitioner G.Mullaiarasi.

5. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted on behalf of the proprietary concern will be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

6. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the fourth respondent to 3/5

consider the representation submitted on behalf of the proprietary concern dated 10.06.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
