[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 555 days in preferring the above appeal.

2. The delay in filing the appeal occurred on account of the clerical mistake made by the learned counsel in the copy application. That being so, this Court is inclined to consider the present petition. Consequently, the delay of 555 days in preferring the above appeal stand condoned and the petition is ordered.
