The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 464, 465, 467, 468, 471, 406, 420, 506(i) r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.37 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that this is the third application for bail filed by the petitioner and this Court had dismissed the earlier bail applications filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4617 & 8211 of 2023 vide orders dated 06.03.2023 and 10.08.2023.

3. Perusal of records shows that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.10.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner, thereby, the matter was directed to be listed on 18.10.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Thereafter, once again on 18.10.2023, one Ms.Jayalakshmi, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for short accommodation stating that the Mr.G.V.Sridharan, learned counsel for the petitioner has gone out of station. 4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
