Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has now become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication in view of the tender notice dated 04.08.2025. The learned counsel has prayed for liberty to challenge the tender notice dated 04.08.2025. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2. In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the tender notice dated 04.08.2025. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
