ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to initiate the investigation and register the First Information Report on the complaint dated 18.12.2015.

2. In the petition, it has been stated that the car, which was parked by the petitioner in front of Arthi Thangamaligai, was found damaged. When the petitioner questioned the owner of the said Arthi Thangamaligai about the damage caused to the car tyres of the petitioner, the owner of the Arthi Thangamaligai abused the petitioner and his family members using filthy language and also threatened the petitioner. With regard to the same, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 18.12.2015. But, till date, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.562/2015 has been assigned and the same is pending for enquiry.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.12.2015 in C.S.R.No.562/2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
