ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the complaint No.4785/CR/2024 dated 06.06.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he has preferred a complaint dated 06.06.2024 before the respondent/the Tamil Nadu Human Rights Commission and there is no further progress in the aforesaid complaint. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer as sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the respondent/the Tamil Nadu Human Rights Commission to take the complaint No.4785/CR/2024 dated 06.06.2024 on record, if it is in order. Thereafter, the respondent shall consider the said complaint on merits and dispose of the same at the earliest.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
