This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21652 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21652 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday of every month at 10.30am., until further orders.
