ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the sixth respondent, who constructed the building unauthorisedly, based on her representation dated 31.07.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the first and second respondent and the learned counsel for the third respondent.
3. Learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that, the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent had constructed the building unauthorisedly and now, action has been initiated by the Corporation Authorities to remove the unauthorised construction.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel, we inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the second respondent to take action against the unauthorised construction made in the subject matter of the property, after giving notice and also providing opportunities to all the interested parties and in accordance with law.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
