PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to his proceedings vide K.No.Se.Po/E&P/A/Ko.Thani/No.005/16-17 dated 12.12.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to forthwith install the Solar system bidirectional service connection meter under the Solar Net-metering Scheme for the

Service Connection No.5550021465 in the petitioner institution, situated at No.193, Amman Nagar, Ammampalayam Post, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also sent a letter dated 06.08.2019, stating that a new G.O. has been passed making the petitioner eligible for installation of the Meter as per the Solar Net Metering Scheme.

2.In view of the above submission and the letter from the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
