This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in Crl.O.P.No.19147 of 2024 on 08.08.2024 with condition that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on every working day at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
