O R D E R

There is an omission in the order dated 12.12.2024. Hence, the present petition has been filed for amendment.

2. On perusal of the records, this Court finds that in paragraph No.1 of the order, instead of "Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 506(ii) of I.P.C and Section 4 of TNPHW Act", it has been wrongly typed as "Section 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 506(ii) of TNPHW". Hence, the said omission is directed to be rectified in the order copy and fresh corrected order copy shall be issued.
