ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner assails the order issued by the third respondent directing him to remove the encroachment made by him in S.No.164/14.

2. According to the petitioner, he made representations to the second respondent, pursuant to which, the third respondent has initiated proceedings against the petitioner and issued the impugned order to remove the encroachment, without taking note of the fact that he could not reach his agricultural lands and the main road in view of the obstruction made in the government land.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that if the petitioner

has any grievance, he can make an objection to the Panchayat, which will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Panchayat, he can very well make an application to the second respondent, the competent authority, who will take further action by following the procedure contemplated under law.

4. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.28770 of 2024 is closed.
