This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 1 to 4 as respondents 1 to 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent i.e., Periyavediappan in the above second appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has reported no objection to allow this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

5.Issue fresh notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 11.03.2026.
