Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the detention order made in C3/D.O.No.47/2024 dated 19.07.2024 passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Vellore District, Vellore, the second respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Hon'ble Court and set the detenu Thiru.Sankar, S/o Subramani aged about 42 years, now confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set him at liberty.
