This criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.6914 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1/3

learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the main petition itself is dismissed by the Trial Court. He has also produced the copy of the order passed by the trial Court. Therefore, the petition becomes infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
