ORDER

The revision petitioners are the plaintiff who seeks to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.344 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the revision, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The suit has been filed for declaration of unilateral cancellation of settlement deed as null and void and for consequential relief for permanent injunction and mandate revision.

4. The defendants have filed a written statement as early as on 03.04.2024 and trial has also commenced on 28.04.2025.

5. In the light of the above, I am inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit on or before 31.01.2026. The revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
