O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 24.06.2016 and pass orders on merits.

2.Heard Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.R.DhilipKumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner is eligible for promotion in accord with the Kalith Commission Report.

4.However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the writ petitioner is not qualified for further promotion or regularisation.

5.In this view of the matter the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 24.06.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
