Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the order in Crl.M.P.No.1481 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, directing the petitioner to appear before the authorities concerned every fortnight i.e., once in 15 days or fix such specific dates as they inform me in advance.

O R D E R
The petitioner, who had been arrayed as an accused, was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Erode on 09.09.2019, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Court concerned viz., the Judicial Magistrate Court II, Erode daily at 10.30 A.M, for a period of 30 days from the next date of his executing the bond without fail. Seeking to modify the same, the present petition had been filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is staying in Ahmedabad and it would cause great hardship to him to be present before the concerned Court for 30 continuous days.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent vehemently opposed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner is directed to be present before the respondent police as and when required, the ends of justice would be secured.
5. In the light of the above observations, the condition imposed in the earlier order dated 09.09.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1481 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent/Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Erode as and when required.
6. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 09.09.2019 shall remain intact.
7. The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly.
