The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 13.09.2023 in W.P.No.26461 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 09.12.2024 of the 1st respondent before this Court, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
