Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, for directing the 7th respondent namely the Commissioner of Police, Chennai City, Tamil Nadu to produce the four detenu viz.

(1) Minor Rebekah Deepika Solomon Alias Rebekah Solomon (Daughter) aged 14 years (2) Minor Joel Avner Solomon Alias Joel Solomon (Son) aged 14 years (3) Minor Nina Roshini Solomon Alias Nina Solomon (Daughter) aged 14 years and (4) Minor Meira Divya Solomon Alias Meira Solomon (Daughter) aged 14 years Minor Daughters and Son of the petitioner and further direct the 1st respondent to return the Children to the petitioner along with their passport and hand over Custody to the petitioner, so that the minor children can be taken to the United States of America where they were living and studying in School since they are the citizens of the said Country. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted for directing the 7th respondent namely the Commissioner of Police, Chennai City, Tamil Nadu to produce the four detenu viz. (1) Minor Rebekah Deepika Solomon Alias Rebekah Solomon (Daughter) aged 14 years (2) Minor Joel Avner Solomon

Alias Joel Solomon (Son) aged 14 years (3) Minor Nina Roshini Solomon Alias Nina Solomon (Daughter) aged 14 years and (4) Minor Meira Divya Solomon Alias Meira Solomon (Daughter) aged 14 years Minor Daughters and Son of the petitioner and further direct the 1st respondent to return the Children to the petitioner along with their passport and hand over Custody to the petitioner, so that the minor children can be taken to the United States of America where they were living and studying in School since they are the citizens of the said Country.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
