ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner wherein, the petitioner is seeking for grant of allotment order for providing Arasu Cable Connections at Kailasapuram Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board Building.

3/6 2.Heard Mr.N.S.Suganthan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.G.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent will deal with the representation made by the petitioner and take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.05.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and convey the decision to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
