2.Representing Counsel for the Revision Petitioner submits that D.V.C.No.6 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali, was dismissed as settled out of Court on June 07, 2024 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3.The above submission is recorded.

4.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no Page No.2 of 4

order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
