PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to construct Culvert type - Bridge across Samba Odai situated at Varanavasi Village in Ariyalur District, without diverting its natural route and without affecting its free flow of water, by properly maintain the same and thereby without causing any type of damage to the free usage of the petitioner's agricultural properties and his periodical cultivation of crops on his lands.
