ORDER

The Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri has forwarded the request of the District Munsif, Dharmapurai seeking for extension of time to comply with the direction issued by this Court to dispose of REP No.15 of 2011 within a particular time.

2. This Court by order dated 30.09.2024 had directed the District Munsif, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

P.B.BALAJI.,J sr Dharmapuri to dispose of REP No.15 of 2011 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the District Munsif, Dharmapuri seeks further two months' time to dispose of REP No.15 of 2011 as the learned Judge was appointed as Civil Judge and took full charge of District Munsif, Dharmapuri after training only on 01.04.2025.
