This is a petition to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the C.R.P.SR.No.68629 of 2016.

2.Heard Mr.K.Harikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sukumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. In view of the number of days delay which is only 92 days and taking into account of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered, of course, on costs. A cost of Rs.2,000/- shall be paid to the respondent directly through the learned counsel for the respondent herein within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.After dictating this order, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner across the Bar has paid a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who after having receipt of the same has acknowledged.

5.Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the CRP if it is otherwise in order and post the same, for admission.
