3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the Cross Objection if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 01.11.2022.
